The Rogue Valley Piecemakers will present their 42nd Quilt Show on Friday and Saturday, May 10th and 11th, at the Josephine County Fairgrounds in Grants Pass in southern Oregon. “The Wild and Scenic Rogue” show will be a wonderful event to share with family and friends on Mother’s Day weekend. This show is always one of the premier events in Southern Oregon. You won’t want to miss it!
The amazing quilts on display will be the stars of the show and will again include beautiful bed, lap and children’s quilts, innovative art quilts, and many other fabric related items. You’ve got to come and see!
Elizabeth Spannring, NQA Certified Judge, will be judging the quilts and ribbons will be awarded prior to the opening of the show on Friday. Visitors will be able to vote on their favorite quilt on Friday for a “Viewers’ Choice” Award that will be announced on Saturday.
The Quilt Show Challenge quilts made by members celebrating the theme “The Wild and Scenic Rogue” will be on display. Also on display will be the annual “President’s Challenge” with this year’s theme “Life on the Rogue River”.
Back by popular demand are demonstrations and “make and take” classes that will be held on both days at no additional cost. Come and join in to learn how to make a denim floral pin, do slow stitching, a log cabin mini, and more.

Fabulous vendors from Oregon and California will be selling fabrics, patterns, notions, and the latest tools and machines for quilters. Door prize entries are included with admission. Door prizes will be given away hourly on both days, and you must be present to win.
Enticing themed baskets will be raffled with winners on both days.
